MCAT.Life

Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

By using MCAT.Life, starting a free trial, or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the site or the Infinite MCAT practice platform (together, the "Service").

MCAT.Life is operated by Miles Ahead Learning, LLC, a Florida Corporation ("MCAT.Life," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms are a binding agreement between you and us, and they include our Privacy Policy. Effective date: October 6, 2026

2. The Service

The Service is an online MCAT preparation platform that gives you adaptive practice questions, answer explanations, and performance reports.

Infinite MCAT builds practice questions with artificial intelligence and chooses what to show you next based on your prior answers. After a session, it can produce a written performance report, which we may also email to you. Some parts, such as a free demo, may be available without payment. Features, question volume, and content may change over time, and we may add, change, or remove parts of the Service.

3. Eligibility and Your Account

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian agree to these Terms for you, to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Your access is tied to the email address and account record you used to sign up. Give us accurate information and keep it current. A subscription is for one person only. Do not share your access link, login, or account with anyone, and do not let others use it. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you think someone else has gained access, tell us at [email protected] right away.

4. Free Trial, Subscription and Billing

Your subscription starts with a 3-day free trial, then renews at $39.95 per month until you cancel.

Free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. You are not charged during the first 3 days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged $39.95 and your paid subscription begins. Limit: one free trial per person.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews every month on the same day, and we charge your payment method each time, until you cancel.

Price changes. We may change the price. We will email you at least 15 days before a change applies to you, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Taxes. Prices are in U.S. dollars. We add sales tax or similar taxes where the law requires.

Payment processing. A third-party payment processor handles your payment. Your card details go to the processor, not to MCAT.Life's own servers.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may try it again and may suspend your access until it succeeds.

Billing mistakes. If you think you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 60 days of the charge.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops future charges. To cancel,

go to "Home"->"Account"->"Settings"->"Account Settings" then cancel under

Billing & Subscriptions. If you are unable to use the link in your account or billing email, then semd am email to admin@MCAT.Life

If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. If you cancel after the trial, you keep access through the end of the month you have already paid for, and your subscription then ends.

Payments already made are not refunded, and we do not offer a money-back guarantee, except where the law requires a refund or where we choose to make one. If we charged you in error, or charged you after you canceled, contact us at [email protected], and we will correct it. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the law where you live.

6. Acceptable Use and Fair Use

Use the Service only for your own personal study. You agree not to: share, sell, rent, or give your access to anyone else; copy, scrape, harvest, or download questions, passages, explanations, or reports in bulk, by hand or with software; use bots, scripts, or other automation to access the Service or to answer questions; reproduce, publish, or distribute our Content, including in other question banks, courses, forums, or social media groups;             use our Content, or the Service's responses, to build, train, test, or improve a competing product or any artificial-intelligence model;             probe, attack, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security, or get around its limits or access controls;         or

use the Service to break the law or violate anyone's rights.

We apply reasonable limits on how much and how fast you can use the Service each day, to keep it available and fair for everyone. We may change those limits. Breaking this section may lead to suspension or termination under Section 12.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

We own the Service and everything in it, and you receive a limited license to use it for your own study.

The questions, passages, explanations, reports, software, text, graphics, name, and logo (together, "Content") belong to Miles Ahead Learning, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. While your trial or subscription is active, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the Content through the Service for your own non-commercial test preparation. You receive no other rights.

You own the answers and other information you submit. You allow us to use them to run the Service, personalize your practice, and produce your reports. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

"MCAT" is a registered trademark of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). MCAT.Life and Infinite MCAT are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the AAMC or by any medical school or university.

8. Educational Purpose and AI-Generated Content

The Service is a study aid, and we do not promise any test score, admission, or other result.

Questions and explanations are produced with artificial intelligence and automated quality checks, so some may be inaccurate or incomplete, or may differ from the style or content of the real exam. Check important facts against official and trusted study materials, and tell us about any mistake you find at [email protected].

Your results depend on many things, including your effort and starting point. Practice scores and reports are study estimates, not predictions of your MCAT score. The Service does not give medical, legal, or other professional advice, and nothing in it creates a professional relationship between you and us.

9. Your Data and Privacy

We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

To personalize your practice, the Service records how you use it: the questions you were shown, your answers, how long you took, the topics you practiced, and your results, tied to the email address or contact record on your account. We use this information to run the

Service, adapt your practice, produce your reports, handle billing and support, keep the Service secure, and improve it. We rely on outside service providers to do this (see Section 11). We do not sell your personal information.

10. Communications

By signing up, you agree that we may email you about your account, billing, and the Service.

Service messages are part of the Service. They include receipts, trial and renewal notices, security alerts, and the performance reports you request. We may also send marketing emails. Each one includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address, and you can opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on outside providers, and we are not responsible for their services.

We use providers for payment processing, customer records and email, hosting and data storage, and artificial-intelligence services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you deal with them directly, for example when you enter payment details. The Service may link to other websites we do not control, and we are not responsible for them.

12. Suspension and Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time, and we can suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or put the Service at risk.

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, a payment fails or is reversed, we suspect fraud or misuse, or the law requires it. We may also end the Service or any part of it. [If we end the whole Service, we will refund the unused part of your current paid month.] When your access ends, your license ends and you must stop using the Content. Sections that by their nature should continue, including Sections 5 through 8, 13 through 16, and 18, continue after termination.

13. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO

NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-

FREE, THAT CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, OR THAT YOU WILL

ACHIEVE ANY SCORE OR RESULT. Some places do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, MCAT.LIFE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST OPPORTUNITIES, INCLUDING A LOWER-THAN-EXPECTED TEST SCORE OR AN ADMISSIONS OUTCOME, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE AND (B) $50.00, whichever is less.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless MCAT.Life, its owners, employees, and service providers from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service. We may take over the defense of any claim, and you agree to cooperate with us.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, Middle District of Florida without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Before filing a claim, contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. If that does not work, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms, and a material change takes effect only after we tell you.

For a material change, we will notify you by email or on the Service at least 15 days before it takes effect. Other updates take effect when posted. The effective date in Section 1 shows the current version. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, cancel before then.

18. General Terms

These general terms apply to the whole agreement.

Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.

Severability. If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force.

No waiver. Not enforcing a term does not mean we give it up.

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, including in a sale of the business.

Notices. We may notify you by email at the address on your account or by posting on the Service.

Events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages of internet, hosting, or payment services.
